This weekend is one of my favorite times to take photos.  It tends to be sunny (even if sometimes chilly).  The kids are on full alert from the sugar high endured in the early hours.  My mom makes Eggs Benedict, and it’s one of those meals that I just don’t eat often enough.  I force my children to wear matching outfits with little hats and ties and they don’t complain this one day a year (I don’t even manage that for Christmas!).  And of course, it’s a great time for family portraits (and this year all of my siblings are together so it’s an added bonus!!!).

The old site was great, but this new one has more “oomph” and I’m very pleased to see it’s launch.  I will be able to now update on a very regular (I’m sorry in advance if you get sick of hearing from me!) and share photos in a more streamlined fashion.  I think it’s INCREDIBLE and I hope that you all do, too.

So I don’t know where to start a blog.  It will be quite easy as things progress “here’s a new session” and “look how awesome this is” and “I’m so excited to have learned this.”  But it’s so hard to think of how to start things.  So I’m going to just leave it at that, thank you for following along.  I hope to make beautiful art with each of you forthcoming.
